Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all residents aged 18 years or over (Participants) in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland (Territory), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The winners will have a chance of winning either 1 (one) Deadpool 2 Inspired Berlin Trip (Main Prize) or 1 (one) of 200 (two hundred) Deadpool 2 Goody Bags (Runner-up Prize), collectively (Prizes). Further details of the Prizes are set out in Annex 1.
- Upon purchase of a Qualifying Product, as set out below in Table 1, from Qualifying Retailer, as set out below in Table 2, and subsequent completion and submission of the Claim Form available at www.toshibatvs-promotions.claims/DP2-prizedraw you will be entered into the prize draw.
- Participants must purchase a Qualifying Product between 00:00 17 September 2018 and 23:59 14 October 2018. The Participant must complete and submit the Claim Form within 30 days of purchasing the Qualifying Product. The day of purchase counts as day 1.
- The opening date for entries is 00:00 (GMT) on 17 September 2018. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 (GMT) on 13 November 2018. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason
- A Main Prize Winner and Runner-up Prize Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 20 November 2018 (Draw Date).
- The Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 20 December 2018 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winners of the Main Prize will be contacted by Fox, who shall be responsible for fulfilling the Main Prize within 7 days of being notified of their win. The Runner-up Prize will be sent to the winners by tracked post within 2-4 days in the United Kingdom.
- The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Main Prize Winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to deadpool@toshibatvs-promotions.claims within 28 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw. Participants agree to allow their name and county to be published if they win the Main Prize.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- The Promoter of this prize draw is Vestel UK Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 04771550 whose registered office is at Vestel House, Unit 1 Waterside Drive, Langley, Berkshire, SL3 6EZ.
Annex 1 - Prizes
Qualifying Prize Number of Prizes Available Deadpool 2 Inspired Berlin Trip (Main Prize)
Deadpool 2-inspired trip for 2 adults (both aged 18 or over) to Berlin which includes:
- Return Economy flights (includes taxes, fees and hand baggage only) for the winner and their guest from one of the following London airports, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Stansted, Luton;
Participants are responsible for travelling to and from the selected London airport. Flights may be indirect, and it cannot be guaranteed that all routes will be available. Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; - Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a room; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room on check in;
- The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
- all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered;
- hotel will be selected by the Supplier at their sole discretion; winners must contact Supplier with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
- all travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
- The prize cannot be taken between the dates 20th December 2018 to 3rd January 2019 or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country;
- The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; if the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
- Base-Flying Experience for 2 adults aged 18 or over at Alexanderplatz (one of Berlin’s tallest buildings). Base-flying experience is approximately 1 hour in duration and includes all instructions and equipment. for the base flying experience, the minimum weight is 50 kg/110lbs and maximum weight is 108 kg/238lbs (excluding harness), all participants should have normal physical health and resilience, other requirements will be advised at time of booking
- The winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes detailed above.
